Players (and their families) and staff members who traveled inside or outside of the United States are asked to complete the following information for each player or staff member who participated in the trip. Players and staff who are traveling should be aware that VC United will continue to monitor recommendations and information from the CDC and will follow their recommendations, which could potentially result in self quarantine.   We appreciate your cooperation in helping to keep all of the players and staff of VC United safe.
